  1. Ability to Disable Profile Pictures in Cirrus Insight v5

    Customer stated: A lot of their users are unhappy because the profile pictures in Cirrus Insight display a picture that they don't want their co-workers to see or it simply shows the wrong person.

    • Add to SF "Functionality" - Related Record Search

      In the Add to SF - Related Record Search - It would be excellent to be able to click on an option to search the record in either ascending or descending order. For Instance, if there are 10 cases open for a related search to be able to search and click to search newest case first or newest Opp, etc first. This is especially necessary in case view since our company has 20K cases to search and many clients have multiple records (cases) and it isn't pulling the newest first so we lose the ability to find it in related…

        The toobars in version 5 take up too much vertical screen real estate on my laptop browser screen in gmail.

            • Sync Internal Events to Salesforce

              Cirrus used to sync these events. In a 2016 update, this feature was disabled. Now we have people getting double booked because "internal events" aren't showing up in Salesforce.

              Please restore the original functionality that was working for all but 39 of your users and give an "option" for those that don't want to sync internal events.

                Currently, tracked links point to a URL starting with "tracking.cirrusinsight.com." The desired functionality would be to customize the URL to something like "click.mycompany.com."

                  I'd like the ability to set a default length of time when somebody visits my Public Calendar Link. Right now it only defaults to 30 mins but I'd like for my visitors to default to 1 hour instead of 30 mins.

                        • Link Gmail follow-up reminders to cases as you can under "New Task"

                          I'd like to be able to link a follow-up reminder that you select in the e-mail UI to a case number like you would when creating a new task on the sidebar.

                          Ideally this would allow the follow-up reminder to be tracked in my e-mail thread as well as the case I'm working in. Currently I'd have to create two separate tasks, one for a reminder within my emails, and one to be logged within the case.

                            • Why does view in Salesforce take 2 clicks now?

                              Before the update to the new Gmail extension, you could view in Salesforce with one click. Now that takes two clicks. This is a heavily used feature and adds more friction for me and my team.

                              All the updates are great, but please consider making "view in salesforce" one click rather than two. thanks.

                              • Overview of all my support cases with Cirrus per user and a company wide list on Admin Dashboard

                                As the Cirrus Admin I want to know which support cases my users submit to Cirrus and what the status is. Also for myself I want to be able to track where we are on the resolution of support cases, especially when the cases are escalated and it might take multiple weeks for a solution or an answer to come through. Otherwise it is very easy to loose track.

                                  It looks like the new calendar which updated yesterday for me, now cuts off my existing calendar appointments so we can't see what was actually taking up that space. Additionally, it only appears to block off the initial 15 minutes so even if I have a 3 hour appointment, it'll only look like the first 15 minutes are taken. It's been making for a very confusing scheduling experience.

                                      Currently when a User clicks on the Follow-Up icon in Gmail, the only contact type to link in Salesforce is Individual. We need the ability to link Follow-Up to Service Entities and Plan Participants in Salesforce.

                                      Another issue is when creating a Follow-Up the Subject of the email should automatically copy into the Salesforce task.

                                        Customer has requested the Cirrus Insight error message ( Failed to save Lead. Please Double Check Before Saving Changes ) when creating a Lead to be more informative versus telling them to double check.

                                          Customer does not want the Opportunity Contact to be added to the Contact Roles related list on the Opportunity record in Salesforce when they log an email to an Opportunity when doing ATS.
                                          Customer stated: "It breaks our whole system if the contact is attached with a contact role under the opportunity."
