  1. Easily identify active and inactive Contact records

    It would be great if CI could mark or easily identify Active and Inactive records and default active records to the top of the search results. This way users can be sure they are logging emails to the correct Contact record.

    • Allow HTML in Cirrus fields

      Rich text fields in Salesforce show as long, illegible paragraphs in CI, including their HTML tags. Text formatting would be great, but having even just <br> and <p> tags work in CI would make those fields usable when viewing in CI.

          • Better Notifications and UI

            I am using Signals as it gives better alerts, UI's etc for email tracking. I used Cirrus email tracking as it is included in my current subscription hoping that I would not ned to pay extra for Signals. But I barely come to know who opened the emails. I have to locate that particular email and then check. Whereas Signals shows silent notifications on my screen. Besides I can click a simple interface link in my gmail to see all the emails that were opened and un opened.

            • Definitely would like to be able to sync events in saleforce to a choice of Google calendars

              This would be helpful when assigning an event to a specific logistics calendar in dispatch. Thanks!

              • Sync allows to pull from Contact Roles on an Opportunity

                I would like to filter my sync with criteria from Contact Roles for an Opportunity in Salesforce. I don't want to sync over all contacts on an account or with a certain title, just ones I am working with actively, as shown by their relationship to an Opportunity.

                  There are a growing number of organizations that create their own leads via Cirrus Insight, but also use services that generate data from various sources, that create Leads directly inside Salesforce. They then manage(edit) all lead records through Cirrus Insight and would like to have a Modified by Cirrus Insight to go along with the Created by Cirrus Insight.

                    Have a way to set the default side bar - we use the SF cases mostl, and Cirris seems to default to the overview which causes lots ic clickin

                      This actually was the default behavior up until a couple weeks ago. We had to make a change here for performance reasons. We’re making some additional structural changes soon that will allow us to build this back into the app.

                    • the email tracking is improved to match functionality of ToutApp, Signals and Yesware.

                      I find the interface for following up on who has read which email difficult to get an overview on.

                      I think you should copy and improve on what ToutApp, Signals and Yesware have done. With having simple interfaces where I can see who opened what when. The sidebar on the right is too small and doesn't lend itself to easily understand what is happening.

                      • Allow manual refresh of email templates

                        Changes to email templates, including the addiiton/deletion of templates and modification to existing templates, apparently take up to an hour to appear in Cirrus Insight. I would like to be able to force a refresh of the templates. Just as I start prospecting, I often realize I should update my template so I jump to Salesforce and make a tweak or create a new template. Having to wait for my improved template to show up in Cirrus Insight kills my flow. That is the opposite of what Cirrus Insight usually does for me.

                            Right now in SFDC I will call a contact, if they don't answer I copy my notes, mark the action as "left message" then I click "save and new task" to save task and create a new one. This option is not available in the gmail widget which is pretty much a deal breaker for me. I can be much more efficient in SFDC.

                            • I could see the 'last reconcile date/time' on the dashboard

                              As new users setup Cirrus, I can't see them immediately on the Cirrus Dashboard. Moreover, they may get a 'trial version' message upon installation due to lag time in refreshing the user list within Cirrus for our account. I'd like to be able to confirm this is likely due to lag in the setup behind the scenes and not user installation error by seeing the last reconcile data/time.

                                Whenever I seem to have an e-mail from someone new, the right-side bar shows the possibility to add a LEAD or a CONTACT. So far so good. But it would be nice if immediately, maybe based on the last part of the e-mail, it would recognize that there are other contacts from the same domain already in the database and suggest these accounts to add the contact to. Right now I believe the risks exists that someone creates a lead for someone who could be added to an account as it already exists. The lookup does require extra manual action…

                                  Add the ability to customize the SnapShot. I don't want to see Opportunities or Cases, but I do want to be able to see other Salesforce objects.

                                  • Recognize email saved to Salesforce by another user when you have also received the same email

                                    Say an email is addressed to multiple people in the organization. If person A adds the email to Salesforce allow cirrus to show person B that it has already been added.

                                        When I'm adding a task via the Cirrus sidebar panel and set a due date, I would love it if the reminder date/time could automatically be set (or give me an option to do that).

                                        Otherwise, I find myself setting a due date, having to scroll down to set a date down below and comparing it to the date above.

                                        In Salesforce it does this automatically, which is nice...

                                        • Cirrus would not default to archive emails when sent

                                          Right now Cirrus automatically archives an email once sent, but it would be better to have the option to either 'send' or 'send & archive.' This could be either a setting/preference, or simply a choice upon sending any given email. There are many situations where we don't want to save an email once sent, and the auto archive feature unnecessarily saves emails.
