  1. Color customization

    Can I customize some of the colors in the new Cirrus format? Most specifically, the toolbar that appears within the body of my Gmail (when I'm reading or responding to someone)? It's very distracting visually (I'm dyslexic)

    • Flight Plans open reply rate per person, not per email.

      Would be great to have an option for a "Follow-ID" or similar, having Open/Reply Rate per person... not per email. For example, 10 (unique) responses from 200 emails sent to 100 people should be 10% instead of currently a 5% reply rate.

        • There were an indicator when the Flight will begin in the future (not current)

          Hi, I made a Salesforce process that puts a customer on a flight in 21 days (StartDate=NOW()+21). This customer shows up in the Flights sub-tab in Flight Plans, but no indication of where they are in the flight. The overview still says there are zero people in the flight, I assume because this customer isn't in it yet, for 21 days. It would be helpful if there was some indication--maybe "Scheduled for [date]" under Steps?

          • Able to turn off sync for person accounts

            I would like to be able to turn off the auto sync feature for person accounts but leave it on for contacts. We differentiate between the 2 and due to data protection rules we would like to prevent the email sync if the matching email address is found for a person account.

            • Opportunity Default in Side Panel (instead of Tasks)

              In the Cirrus Side Panel I would like to be able to set Opportunities as the org default instead of tasks. We don't use tasks heavily so opportunities would make more sense.

                • Emails were grouped by their email/outlook id#. Our current crm does this do a thread of emails all get automatically grouped in same task.

                  Emails are associated with a task or service request and the system doesn’t then create multiple emails on the same subject/task.

                    the blocked domain gives an option for kind of "automatically on, but turn it off for specifics)
                    This doesn't work for us, due to data protection; the chance of syncing confidential emails is too great.

                    We need the default to be off, but then to be able to turn it on for specifics.

                      Book Meeting feature on the Cirrus Insight iPhone app. Unfortunately, using Book Meeting on iOS only allows you to offer schedule times out 4 weeks from now. It would be great to be able to schedule further out on Mobile Dives.... IPAD, is primary computer...

                      • Get rid of the "Search button" since the search is meant to be automatic; making the button redundant

                        Also, ensure that right-clicking to Paste triggers a search. Currently it doesn't and the only way around it is to press Enter after clicking Paste. (CC0AIR0249)

                        • Change outcomes after chosen

                          You should be able to change the selected outcome after it has already been saved. In our case, a Flight was stopped because of an error and an outcome had to be chosen. The outcome that was chosen has a "positive" designation, and it is now skewing the reporting of outcomes.

                          • Email and Email Opt out fields are included within the snapshot.

                            In preparing for the GDPR in the EU it would help to be able to see if a customer or lead has opted out when emailing from Outlook or the mobile app from the snapshot view in the side panel.

                              When dropping an email to Salesforce, if the drop down could include dropping the email as an OPEN activity instead of it always dropping to Activity HISTORY as a closed task. This would allow client emails and emails from coworkers to easily become tasks instead of just history.

                                    • Adding multiple Email attachments with identical file names

                                      Currently Cirrus doesn't recognize and cannot add attachments with identical file names within the same email. Even if when saving one attachment and renaming it, the second cannot be added all the time. Can this be changed so that multiple files with identical file names can be added? When 'dropping' these files onto a network drive one will automatically be renamed with (1) at the end. A similar solution in from Cirrus would be fine.

                                      • Include Sent Date and Time with Outlook email body

                                        The ActvityDate field in SFDC Task object is Date Only. We trigger email logging manually as Sender and Destination Contact are seldom same. For reporting, Threading msgs, etc, logging date and time of sent email would be a great feature addition. Please and Thank you!!!

                                        • Allow to manually add a profile picture for a contact in the side panel.

                                          It would be super helpful if we could add profile pictures to contacts, so different people within our organization can put a face to a contact. For example, if our new CEO corresponds with a donor, he would also then know what he/she looks like for the next time they meet.
