  1. Drop email to multiple Households at once

    Would like to be able to drop an email that I am composing to multiple contacts (bcc'ing may 40-50 people on one email) to every Household at once. Right now, I have to go into my Gmail Sent folder and go through the drop process one by one.

    • Add more than 5 Sync Sets in Contact Sync.

      Right now, we are only given an option to add a max of 5 sync sets in contact sync. This becomes an inconvenience when the sales rep wants to create "distribution lists" for each of their accounts in SFDC which they use for mass emails. All, if not most, of our sales reps have more than 5 accounts so it would really help if we can input more than 5 (hopefully unlimited) sync sets.

      • Cirrus support for new "Inbox by Gmail"

        Gmail has created a new inbox that actually has a really great interface, and works the way a person manages their email (leaving unread things that haven't been actioned, etc). I really like it and would like to use it but I need Cirrus to work with it. In case you're all curious: http://www.google.com/inbox/

          • Log Notes directly from Cirrus

            We keep detailed notes on interactions, and it would be beneficial to be able to capture the notes directly in Cirrus under the Activities section where you can currently add a task, event or log call.

            • If there was a drop down from Cirrus insight drop email to SF screen to make the email a task and assign it?

              I often email drop from Cirrus Insight to Salesforce and then separately go into Salesforce Household and change the dropped email to a task and assign it out. It would be great to eliminate all these extra steps and be able to choose to drop as email (in Activity History in SF) or drop as task (into Open Activities in SF) and assign right from Cirrus screen.

                Add a followup reminder 'after the fact'. I.e., after the email has been sent, to be able to add a followup reminder to it, rather than having to do it before the email has been sent. (I've forgotten to set it up a few times now and would love for a way to do it after the email has already been sent out)

                  Allow us to log an email to several Salesforce "Related Records" at a time. For example, logging a single email to several invoices at the same time instead of clicking Add To Salesforce several times for the same email.

                    I need to send marketing email's to my entire Salesforce list (leads & contacts).

                    It normal copy, templates, simple mutli template follow up automation and stopping if replaying. Similar to what Tout does.

                        Create leads from cc in gmail. Leads should show email address that is in email cc. company name should be the domain name.

                            Just like BCC'ing SF with an e-mail, there should be an option to synchronize e-mail with both the contact and the contact's opportunities that contact is listed on. This is particularly important if workflows depend on activity tracking against opportunities.

                                Don't lose work when you have an open task you are filling in under a lead. I clicked in my email to get some info to update and the 20 minutes I spent writing it is gone! :(

                                    • Mass Import of Emails from Outlook via Cirrus Insight

                                      When a user comes to Salesforce and has been using Outlook, we need a better way to bring in all their Emails from Salesforce. Exporting an Outlook PST file to CSV strips the headers, attachments, and date sent/received from the emails, preventing accurate history logging of these emails. Assuming the leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities have been loaded, why can't we initiate a batch or global sync of emails to Salesforce and have Cirrus match email address to email address and get this data in there, once and for all?

                                        Right now when you use the Follow-Up Notification feature, a task is created in Salesforce when the Cirrus notification hits the inbox. There should be an option to prevent the task from being created in Salesforce when this happens. We don't use tasks this way and it clutters our reports.

                                        • I would loke Cirrus to allow for a reminder to be created with an incoming message not just out going.

                                          We can now set a reminder for an outgoing if the customer has not replied to an e-mail.. It would be great if we can add a reminder even if he replies .. As the Reply could be give me a week. rather than the exercise of setting a follow up task the reminder system with Cirrus is working Amazingly for me... THIS however, would make it that much easier
