I'd like auto-enable to be available as a feature on my cirrus insight. Thank you.10 votes
We log our emails to a custom Projects object. Currently, when we do a search, we search by our identifiers and get 20+ results but unfortunately, it shows all pending, in progress and completed projects. More than needed and since we are limited to 10 results, its cumbersome. Would love the flexibility to define what fields our search results are driven by.23 votes
I use Book a Meeting in a Flight Plan that is for an event - in this case, a webinar. In the case of webinars, you want many people to be able to book the same time slot.2 votes
Thanks Robert. I understand what you’re looking for, but Book Meeting — as it is today — isn’t made for this. But I’ll think through it some more.
But for this specific webinar use case, don’t you have a webinar sign-up page that has direct integration to your webinar solution?
When the Ciurrus plugin is turned on, it covers a number of important button in Gmail Offline (specifically Gmail Offline app), like Refresh, Delete, Archive, etc. I use Gmail Offline all the time when traveling. But every time I do, I need to turn off Cirrus so I can do email. Those are often my biggest blocks of emailing (one the plane between CA and NY), so lots of emails aren't being tracked and reduces the value and usefulness from Cirrus.3 votes
We have plans to support this.
Also, I removed the vote limits — an obscure setting in our ideas forum. :)
You can configure a follow-up from the web app but not the mobile app. This is an area where our Sales team would really like to see feature parity.2 votes
Our Sales Reps want to be able to send out mass email campaigns to 500 customers at a time to boost productivity, though this feature is available for Gmail we use Outlook and Office 3652 votes
We currently use Salesforce reports to ensure opportunities have future activities planned. When we use Flight Plan there is no way to report on opportunities that have an activity to are in a flight plan.3 votes
Don't show it on every individual email in the thread. Bar includes features like Add to Salesforce, Email Tracking, and Follow-Up.3 votes
Flight Plans currently limits users to only view 50 items at a time. Adding a more option or auto-update on scroll would be helpful.2 votes

There are cases when I would like to remove people from a flight on the Action Items tab.1 vote
we’ll be adding “Stop Flight” to the actions on the Action Items list.
when I use the "Follow-up" button, I would like to be able to edit the subject of the task created as part of the process, rather than havin2 votes
Cirrus is amazing but it takes about 10 seconds to load up whenever I click on the app in Outlook 365 - it's not a lot but it adds up, and it's annoying. Could you allow us to pin/unpin the panel like we can do in Gmail?
Thanks :)2 votes
This is IN THE WORKS! We’re working on a big enhancement to Office 365!
First Name and Last Name are showing truncated when I select recipients from one of my reports in Salesforce. I need the ability to resize the column so I can view the names. All I can see is the first one or two characters of the first name and one or two characters of the last name.2 votes
Yeah, the current screen becomes unreadable if you have a lot of columns in the report.
We’re fixing this and should have it out in either the next or the next, next release.
In the meantime, you’ll need to shave off the non-critical columns.
We would like the ability to Insert contact into specific step in flight plan.1 vote
Can we augment the beginning of link tracking URLS to have [company domain].com/xyz instead of tracking.cirrusinsights.com/xyz?
As it currently stands, the current format:
1) Makes it extremely obvious we are tracking links when sending emails out to prospects/partners
2) The unfamiliar/long URL makes some recipients hesitant to click on links in the first place1 vote
I would like to be able to sort contacts from a List by Name or Account. RIght now it appears that the default is Name and that is it. Most times I am adding users to a flight based on an account where I have added a new Account to Salesforce, then added contacts, then I want to go to CI in Gmail and "Start a Flight" and select users based on "Recently Viewed Contacts". When the list comes up, I want to be able to select the title or header field (such as Account) and have it sort by that column heading. Make sense?

In Calendly, I can add a field that asks the prospect to fill in a few questions, such as Name, Email and Phone. This then prepopulates in the calendar appointment they select and enables me to quickly add their email and have their number ready in case I need to call them.
In Calendly the event deals show:
Invitee: John Doe
Invitee Email: JohnDoe@joeDohn.com
Phone Number: 555-555-5555
Then the Zoom Meeting details below this.1 vote
Opportunity Contact Roles created by Cirrus are listed as "Opportunity Contact." This doesn't make sense for all opportunities. The following functionality would be helpful.
1) Ability to designate a different Contact Role type (also in this Idea http://ideas.cirrusinsight.com/forums/121921-general/suggestions/4274594-ability-to-select-the-contact-role-value-when-crea)
2) Ability to disable the creation of the Opportunity Contact Roles for all of my users (from the admin level).
3) Ability to disable/enable the creation of Opportunity Contact Roles on each record.
Use case: Staff sending emails related to an Opportunity are being added as an "Opportunity Contact" contact role. This doesn't make sense in our org.1 vote
