      • Easily identify active and inactive Contact records

        It would be great if CI could mark or easily identify Active and Inactive records and default active records to the top of the search results. This way users can be sure they are logging emails to the correct Contact record.

        • For saving e-mails to Salesforce, we could export the entire e-mail as a PDF (not just a text field)

          This would allow preserving the send and receive date, sender and recipient name and e-mails and the integrity of the e-mail as a record rather than just what was written in the e-mail.

          • Cirrus Email tracking could be set up to track emails sent from the salesforce native emailing platform.

            We currently use Velocify, which is sales acceleration solution that sits on top of salesforce and uses an algorithm to show which leads and opportunities you should call in a prioritized view. When using this tool (which includes and dialer and click to call), reps can push through their top leads and opportunities without having to think. However, the emailing functionality uses salesforce.com's native email platform (not gmail plugin). Therefore, when our reps use this tool to email, they lose the tracking functionality because it's not native to salesforce. This is a long shot, but any way you guys could…

              One suggestion: If there were a way to have the custom object information show up on the Calendar without having to open the event and click on the Cirrus button, that would be terrific.

              • Salesforce account/opp info on initial Calendar display

                V pleased to see we can now link a Google Calendar event directly to an account or oppty in Salesforce but can we not get that account/oppty info on the calendar display itself rather than hidden behind a tab when editing the event?

                  • "replace previous email" functionality when adding emails to Salesforce

                    It would be nice to have a "replace email" in the "Email Information" dialog box when I use the "add to salesforce button in a thread on gmail. Often times, I log the emails when they come in, but I don't want to bog down a contact's activity log in Salesforce with a bunch of redundantly logged emails. Now, my only course of action is to go into Salesforce to delete the previously (and now outdated) email thread. There's no telling how long an email thread will go.

                          FullContact.com is a replacement for Rapportive, which LinkedIn has left for dead. Sits in the same place as Rapportive, but doesn't currently play nice with the CI bar as they overlap (even with CI bar closed).

                          Can the same fix as what was made for Rapportive be made for FullContact, please?

                          • there was Notes and Attachments objects were available on the side panel.

                            My team regularly accesses the notes and attachments objects within Salesforce to record summaries from client financial reviews where we detail the items discussed as well as the plan of action in the coming days, months, or years. Having this available as a side panel item will allow us to easily review these notes as we communicate with our clients as well as add new insight.

                              • If a contact has a salutation then CirrusInsight fails to load details in the sidebar.

                                Ignore the salutation field by default so that a contact displays in the sidebar regardless.

                                • the email tracking is improved to match functionality of ToutApp, Signals and Yesware.

                                  I find the interface for following up on who has read which email difficult to get an overview on.

                                  I think you should copy and improve on what ToutApp, Signals and Yesware have done. With having simple interfaces where I can see who opened what when. The sidebar on the right is too small and doesn't lend itself to easily understand what is happening.

                                      I wish I could select multiple emails at once, in a list fashion and add them to the appropriate record in SF.

                                      For example, I have over 50 emails that all relate to a specific oppty, but it is too time consuming for me to go back and add them one at a time.

                                      I realize I should be adding them as I go, but I also want to add emails from other people, so there is a full record.

                                      I also struggle with how to leverage your mobile solution to link emails to opptys.

                                        When I track a company I want to sell to, it is helpful for me to be able to see events that the company has, because those events are an opportunity for me to sell to them. So I would like to have an individual Google calendar for my accounts that I could link to an account record in Salesforce and then have that Google calendar display on the Account record.
