book meeting could have a setting to require a phone number to book a meeting.
Add a field that can be made optional or required where the user can enter a phone number to be contacted at, rather than giving out our phone number.

You could customize the email text of the "book meeting" function.
Currently, I manually edit it each time to be a bit more chatty/less stilted, but I would love to create my own customized message and save it in the settings.

Assistant.to Scheduling in European Date Format
Book Meeting and Assistant.to should display European date formats (DD/MM/YYYY) for recipients outside of the US. Language, location and time zone settings do not seem to remedy this. Perhaps a switch?

When using the book meeting feature, the first name pulled form the Salesforce field and not the email address.
Mist times I have to adjust this because it either displays the whole email address, lame, or it pulls just the header of the email, like "jsmith" or "bramirez"

Book Meeting feature on the Cirrus Insight iPhone app. It would be great to be able to offer availability further than 4 weeks out on mobile
Book Meeting feature on the Cirrus Insight iPhone app. Unfortunately, using Book Meeting on iOS only allows you to offer schedule times out 4 weeks from now. It would be great to be able to schedule further out on Mobile Dives.... IPAD, is primary computer...
2 votesTo be honest, I wasn’t aware of this limitation, and I don’t understand why it’s there. We’ll schedule some work to remove the limitation.

Set a default meeting length
Since the personal scheduling page isn't available to all users who use the Book Meeting functionality, it would be helpful to have a setting to set the default meeting length within Book Meeting itself.
Right now it appears to only default to 30-minute meetings.

Book Meeting allowed you to overlay multiple calendars while selecting times
I need to look at multiple calendars when scheduling: my Google calendar, my husband's, and my work calendar (Outlook). I can see all three in Google, but need a scheduling solutions that is able to "see" all three when scheduling.

Public Calendar Link that works in email templates
I am building email templates for Flight Plans and I'm building them as Salesforce Email Templates. I was hoping to incorporate a "Public Calendar Link" into some of the email templates, but there's no way to do this. In other words, Public Calendar Links are only able to be inserted manually by users. It would be awesome if there was a "Merge Field" that allowed you to create templates that automatically incorporated the URL for the Public Calendar Link of the user sending the email template. Even better if this could somehow be created as a Salesforce email template.
1 voteThat’s a great idea. We’ve gotten around that ourselves, by adding a custom field on the User object where you can put each user’s scheduling page link. But I like your idea more!

you could automate this process rather than making it manual
The "killer features" for Enterprise Calendar Sharing are:
1. Ability to synchronize with Google Calendar, so my up-to-the-second free/busy information can be displayed via the Calendar, and
2. Ability to include multiple co-workers so I can send a link to my customer that says, "Here is a calendar showing when Kevin, Stacy, and I can meet you"Today, these things are possible via Google Calendar but are entirely impossible through a GUI. You have to hack a URL by hand with some basic parameter tampering (very hard for sales people, time consuming, error prone, and you need a separate link…

new events - adjust end time automatically
When you enter a start date for an event via the sidebar, wouldn't it be logical that its end time is automatically adjusted (i.e. to 50 or 60 minutes after its start)? It practically never happens, that an end time is before the start time... Would make it way quicker to type in new events.

It would be useful if we had the ability to ask questions on the calendar page and in book meeting before they could schedule a call.
Book Meeting and scheduling page:
Would be great to have A.2 for mobile, and charge for that upsell.
Also, being able to put a question/gate up before they can book a meeting you
"Are you using Salesforce?"
"Is this part of a larger workflow need?"
Good examples.
For our clients, they'd appreciate the option. Asked for this ability a few times.
Also, Being able to schedule "Group Meetings" For example:
If someone want to have 7 attendees on one event and then it's full, we can do it."1 vote
