  1. There were an indicator when the Flight will begin in the future (not current)

    Hi, I made a Salesforce process that puts a customer on a flight in 21 days (StartDate=NOW()+21). This customer shows up in the Flights sub-tab in Flight Plans, but no indication of where they are in the flight. The overview still says there are zero people in the flight, I assume because this customer isn't in it yet, for 21 days. It would be helpful if there was some indication--maybe "Scheduled for [date]" under Steps?

      • Skip email step if no email, rather than error

        I have a flight plan assigned to leads by a workflow. First step is an email, second step is a call. If they didn't enter an email, Flight Plans gives an error that needs to be skipped manually. It should be able to simply skip to the call step (and v/v).

        • Easily Export Flight Plans to a document like MS Word or MS Excel

          It would be great if we could export Flight Plans that have been created to either MS Word or MS Excel format for: (1) Backup purposes (2) Easy to review in an "offline" mode.

          • Be able to remove entire account from Flight Plan

            We add 10-20 contacts per account to a Prospecting Flight Plan. When we get to Negotiating stage, I would like an ability (easy button - lol) to easily remove ALL contacts associated with an account from a Flight Plan. So we are not sending prospecting messages to an account we are fully engaged with. Does that make sense?

              When we save a template, currently we can't go back and change the name or description of the given template. Causes a bit of a headache when trying to organize my outreach. Seems like an easy ask, to make everything edit-able?

                Just like when you open a Word Document and then make changes, you get the chance to "Save As New". The idea being, I spend a lot of time and effort to create a four-step email flight for a certain buying persona. I simply "Clone" the flight and go into every template, change a few words around and then click "Save as New".

                Right now you have to clone the flight, then go into each email step and change to a new template that you had to have already built, or manually copy and past over the copy from the…

                • Cirrus Insight Analytics included Flight Plans

                  I love the CI Analytics and feeding into Salesforce to run Reports or view Dashboards. However, it would be great to also have Analytics feed performance data from flight plans into Salesforce as well.

                  • Cirrus Flight Plan - ACTION ITEMS tab - list contacts at same company sequentially

                    When viewing list of users from a flight under ACTION ITEMS button, Cirrus should list all users from a company one after the other, so its easy to select them accordingly and see how many there are.

                    Right now even if users are from one company, those users are spread throughout the ACTION ITEMS list and you need to scroll around to find them.

                      We want the ability to specify an email step in a flight plan to be sent on a specific day - not just hours/days after previous step. For example, Have email send the following Monday (selected by checking box for a particular day of the week).

                        I think it be great if the Action Items from a flight would generate a task in Salesforce or appear as reminder emails in my inbox. I find it cumbersome to have to constantly pull up the Action Items list to see what needs to be accomplished.

                        • Reassign Active Flight Plans To Other Users

                          We recently needed to term a rep. The problem is that she has 50+ contacts in active flight plans. I guess we'll need to have someone monitor & manage the prior reps inbox until those complete. It would be much better if we could send an email to those in active flight plans announcing the change and reassign active flight plans to a new rep.

                          • Have Yes/No embedded in Email Step

                            Allow an embedded "Yes/No" option within an Email step. Based on radial button response (Yes or No), a specific text for email is used. For example, in Review and Send, I would like an option that says, "Connected on LinkedIn?" Yes or No. After I check to see if we are connected, I select either Yes or No response and based on the response, CI serves up one email vs. another.

                              Hi Robert. Thanks for your feedback. This is not likely on our near-term roadmap, but I want to see what others in the community say.

                              I understand the differences you’re looking for, but with the current product, you can have a customer Flight Plan and a Prospect flight plan (or likely multiple of each).

                            • Ability for Many People to Book Same Time for {Book Meeting in Flight Plans}

                              I use Book a Meeting in a Flight Plan that is for an event - in this case, a webinar. In the case of webinars, you want many people to be able to book the same time slot.

                                But for this specific webinar use case, don’t you have a webinar sign-up page that has direct integration to your webinar solution?

                                  We currently use Salesforce reports to ensure opportunities have future activities planned. When we use Flight Plan there is no way to report on opportunities that have an activity to are in a flight plan.

                                    • An in flight indicator existed

                                      Right now we have a yellow dot, blue dot to indicate that someone is a lead or contact in SFDC. We do not have anything in the inbox that indicates this person is currently in a flight. Something simple will suffice. I small plane next to their name. I set of wings...something simple. Just to get a good overview by looking at your inbox as to who's responding to a flight email vs a pardot email vs a hand written email. You get the idea.

                                        • Picklist the Follow-up Flight Plan after Outcome selection

                                          I want to be able to select different follow-up flight plans other than the one that I've auto-assigned to an outcome.
