  1. The calendar was easier to use

    I used to be able to scroll in the calendar for scheduling my follow-up and now I have to click. The extra step does not seem warranted.

      • Follow up if no reply to email sent

        The follow up feature is good (I use return to my inbox) but it would be better if there was a setting to return to inbox if they don't reply to your email. If there is a reply then no follow up is necessary (unless you toggle it again).

        • Add more follow-up reminder durations

          Currently, I can create a follow-up reminder with various delays. These delays are a good start, but there is a large gap between the "2 days" and "1 week" options

          It would be great to fill that gap by adding options for "2 business days" or "3 days".

          • Follow-Ups on Mobile

            You can configure a follow-up from the web app but not the mobile app. This is an area where our Sales team would really like to see feature parity.

                    I've been using Cirrus to schedule follow up tasks for emails sent. When you do so, you have the option to put in a description, which is a great way to quickly remind myself of what I need to do...

                      That way I don't have to create the reminder every time. One less step in the process

                                Add an icon to Toolbar of any email to show that a task or follow-up is linked to it. Right now, you have to go into SFDC to see if it was done.

                                  • When sending an email, setting the followup reminder, user defined defaults would be nice.

                                    The ability to set the reminder to default to a specific time e.g. 8 AM would be great then I can just adjust the day. Right now the default is to the current time which is no help at all, it's actually slowing me down because I have to click through both minutes and hours and AM/PM to get it to 8 AM which when I always want to receive the follow up alert.

                                      Just a date field needed for the new task. That way you can set a follow up on an email quickly.

                                        Inbox can get jammed with emails that I have responded to, can we have a feature where it only returns ones with no response? I know this feature existed in the past, not sure what happened thanks!
