Add an unsubscribe button to the automated Calendar Sync and Email Sync emails that are sent out after disabling either feature so the user can stop getting the emails if they don't want them.1 vote
When searching for a contact in SFDC from the Salesforce tab of Gcal would like to include City or Account Name to help identify common names (i.e. John Smith). This is often how people use the SFDC search function.
Search Contact: "John Smith Chicago" or
"John Smith Motorola"1 vote
I would like to sync tasks from Salesforce to Outlook. It seems from reading your site that your product allows the opposite direction. Please tell me if I'm not understanding this correctly! I'd like to *only* sync from SF to Outlook and not the other way around.
Thank you!1 vote
Google Calendar Sync could sync different colors to different types of events in Salesforce. We would like to be able to use calendar event colors to indicate different types of meetings: e.g. Client meetings, prospect meetings, executive sponsorship meetings.32 votes
This is a really interesting idea. How would you benefit from this?
When a user is in the Salesforce Tab of a calendar event it would be great if they can't find a contact if they could create the contact from there.
Currently they have to return to Gmail, create the contact after finding an email from the person, and then go back and save the event.1 vote
I agree this would be useful. We’re keeping an eye on it, but at this time, it doesn’t look like any API changes are planned to allow us to support it.
Hi, loving the MS Outlook integration new features. I want to get our Sales team to ditch Linkpoint 360 but they have just announced new features for MS Outlook. Specifically the Calendar integration: http://www.linkpoint360.com/kb/using-smart-link-to-relate-calendar-items-to-salesforce-records/
Do you have plans for something similar?1 vote
If an event has both outside and internal attendees we end up with a different calendar event in Salesforce for each internal attendee that is using Cirrus Insight. It would be great if these events would show up only once in Salesforce.3 votes
Thanks Amanda. We’re planning on adding a preference to not sync internal attendees. Would this work for you?
In Cirrus Settings for Calendar sync, user should be able to select which calendar - or calendars - to sync.181 votes
When adding an individual Google Calendar item to Salesforce (see other suggestion)http://cirruspath.uservoice.com/forums/121921-general/suggestions/3652345-add-individual-google-calendar-item-to-salesforce- let the user choose to add the attachment to an account or opportunity associated with one of the email addresses (attendees) in the calendar event.1 vote
But, Google doesn’t give us a way to get to those attachments (like we can with Gmail) so it’s unlikely to be something we can do until that’s provided.
- Don't see your idea?
