        Would you PLEASE add a "Sync Now" feature - PLEASE...

        It's easily the most frustrating aspect of using Cirrus Insight with SalesForce.

        Every time I add a new contact I have to wait at least 15 - 20 minutes for the details to sync so I can send my NEW contact an email

        • ability to tell me if a contact exists in SalesForce when i visit the contact LinkedIn Profile

          Ebsta automatically cross-references Salesforce based on the LinkedIn profile you’re looking at online and gives you a snapshot view of the record held in Salesforce.
          Would find this a super useful whn i am working on lead sourcing. I am rigth now on a trial but more inclined to go with EBSTA just because of that feature...
          Then if i could create the contact from LinkeDin that would be fantastic

          • Choose Account Types to Auto Sync with.

            We require our agents to log all correspondence with a customer. The Auto Sync feature is perfect for this. The draw back is that its also syncing Vendor Accounts. Which we don't need. This throws off reports for daily activity.

            • Sync Set queries could be configured & assigned to users from the Dashboard

              Half of our users require one Sync Set, and half require the other. It would save tons of time to be able to configure these sets domain-wide instead of configuring the query inside of each user's CI sidebar.

                Allow LinkedIn messages to be automatically entered into SalesForce.com the same way that GMail messages are.
