Would you PLEASE add a "Sync Now" feature - PLEASE...
It's easily the most frustrating aspect of using Cirrus Insight with SalesForce.

Why do you need to wait for the contact to make it to Google Contacts before you can email them?

Ebsta automatically cross-references Salesforce based on the LinkedIn profile you’re looking at online and gives you a snapshot view of the record held in Salesforce.
Would find this a super useful whn i am working on lead sourcing. I am rigth now on a trial but more inclined to go with EBSTA just because of that feature...

We require our agents to log all correspondence with a customer. The Auto Sync feature is perfect for this. The draw back is that its also syncing Vendor Accounts. Which we don't need. This throws off reports for daily activity.3 votes

Half of our users require one Sync Set, and half require the other. It would save tons of time to be able to configure these sets domain-wide instead of configuring the query inside of each user's CI sidebar.1 vote
Allow LinkedIn messages to be automatically entered into SalesForce.com the same way that GMail messages are.14 votes
