        i wanted to know if the first time someone opens my mail can i get an email? i understand the tracking on all opening of my mails but the first one is the most significant one and a message could get "lost" - do you know the extension: "mailtrack"? they send 1 email upon the first opening....

          • Emails could be tracked when sent using Gmail keyboard shortcuts

            Today when I send an email using a keyboard shortcut, Cirrus gives me a notification that emails sent using shortcuts cannot be tracked by Cirrus.

            • Have link tracking URLS list company domain instead of tracking.cirrusinsights.com/xyz

              Can we augment the beginning of link tracking URLS to have [company domain].com/xyz instead of tracking.cirrusinsights.com/xyz?

              As it currently stands, the current format:
              1) Makes it extremely obvious we are tracking links when sending emails out to prospects/partners
              2) The unfamiliar/long URL makes some recipients hesitant to click on links in the first place

              • Ability to have contacts in BCC not be included in Tasks

                We would like to have the ability to have contacts that are in BCC not be included in tasks that are created for sent emails. Currently Cirrus Insight adds all contacts from an email whether they are in the To, CC, or BCC fields of an email. Having the option to not include contacts in BCC would be beneficial for our organization.

                • Customize the URL for tracked links (Email Tracking)

                  Currently, tracked links point to a URL starting with "tracking.cirrusinsight.com." The desired functionality would be to customize the URL to something like "click.mycompany.com."

                  • Filter and Search on Tracking Stats

                    I'd love to be able to dig a few layers deeper into the tracking stats.

                    For example, if I'm trying to assess the historical engagement of a prospect (Acme Co), the macro-level metrics don't mean much. Rather, I'd like to filter open/reply stats and emails to just the people from @acme.com. Then, the graphs and metrics would show me a trend for that company/customer that I can use to make a decision on (i.e., which people at Acme are potential advocates, who might I try to meet with, is it worth pursuing the customer, etc).

                    • Track Bounces like Opens and Clicks

                      I'd like to be able to track bounces in SF. So if it isn't able to be delivered, it should be tracked in Cirrus.

                      • Sort/Filter by Clicks as Well

                        Being able to Sort/Filter Clicks would be nice so that when you send a campaign you can not only see what has the most opens, but also what has the most clicks since clicks really show more action or interest than an open.

                        • Ability to stop tracking emails

                          Sometimes, an issue from an email will be resolved outside of that email - over the phone, in person, in another email, etc. When this happens, it's not necessary to keep tracking the original email. These emails end up obscuring the ones that you actually want to keep an eye on.

                          It'd be great to have the ability to remove an email from the tracking list so that it can be cleared up and only show the emails you actually need to know about.

                          • There were a quicklook for email tracking

                            I switched from Yesware to Cirrus and the one thing that I miss is the quick look drop down menu that showed all emails that had been opened. They labeled it as "events" and it was located right next to the more button in gmail. It would have a number like notification to let you know how many had opened since you last looked and if clicked, it would show all that opened along with links tracking in the order in which they had been opened

                                • Recent Opens Indication over Icon

                                  Provide a numeric bubble over the email tracking 'radar' indicating the amount of recent opens since last checked (similar to a Yesware feature) .

                                  As the product functions now, if you miss the pop-up notification, you have to make an effort to check-on or search for the email tracking content.
