  1. Cirrus support for new "Inbox by Gmail"

    Gmail has created a new inbox that actually has a really great interface, and works the way a person manages their email (leaving unread things that haven't been actioned, etc). I really like it and would like to use it but I need Cirrus to work with it. In case you're all curious: http://www.google.com/inbox/

      In Cirrus Settings for Calendar sync, user should be able to select which calendar - or calendars - to sync.

      • Create an "Add All" button to save entire gmail conversation to Salesforce

        Instead of adding each email to SalesForce individually, I wish I could imply add an entire thread and associate it to an opportunity in one click. It would be great if I could click it again in the future and it would only add the NEW emails in the conversation. (It may also be a cool idea to be able to tag a specific conversation as "Auto Save" once associated to a contact & opportunity. That way I never have to think about it again.)

        • Convert and Lead to a Contact and create the Opportunity from Cirrus Insight

          Converting Leads to Contacts thus creating Opportunities. We convert 20 or so people a day and it would be so much smoother to be able to do it from the tab.

          • It would be great if you could add multiple emails in one click from your inbox to a case

            Within gmail it would great to be able to select multiple emails and attach to one case - ideally with it picking up the address of the person it's from - rather than having to go into each email to add to saleforce.

                We’ll support this with our native Cirrus Insight email templates, an upcoming feature. We will /not/ be able to support this with Salesforce templates.

                Google Calendar Sync could sync different colors to different types of events in Salesforce. We would like to be able to use calendar event colors to indicate different types of meetings: e.g. Client meetings, prospect meetings, executive sponsorship meetings.

                • Integrate with SalesForce Knowledge

                  A tool that also integrated Salesforce Knowledge i.e. attach a Knowledge article from gmail and see from Salesforce AND gmail what Knowledge had been sent to that client already and keep track of the popularity of Knowledge too.

                    We log our emails to a custom Projects object. Currently, when we do a search, we search by our identifiers and get 20+ results but unfortunately, it shows all pending, in progress and completed projects. More than needed and since we are limited to 10 results, its cumbersome. Would love the flexibility to define what fields our search results are driven by.

                    • Track Bounces like Opens and Clicks

                      I'd like to be able to track bounces in SF. So if it isn't able to be delivered, it should be tracked in Cirrus.

                        • Change sorting order for related records search in Add to Salesforce

                          In the Add to SF - Related Record Search - It would be excellent to be able to click on an option to search the record in either ascending or descending order. For Instance, if there are 10 cases open for a related search to be able to search and click to search newest case first or newest Opp, etc first. This is especially necessary in case view since our company has 20K cases to search and many clients have multiple records (cases) and it isn't pulling the newest first so we lose the ability to find it in related…

                          • Customize the snapshot to rearrange and hide certain areas.

                            Add the ability to customize the SnapShot. I don't want to see Opportunities or Cases, but I do want to be able to see other Salesforce objects.

                              • Ability to set default meeting length

                                I'd like the ability to set a default length of time when somebody visits my Public Calendar Link. Right now it only defaults to 30 mins but I'd like for my visitors to default to 1 hour instead of 30 mins.

                                  Can I have multiple public calendars? Example, next week I am in Denver and then the week after I am in Houston. Can I set up the calendar for specific dates and share with one people in the cities I am traveling to and ask for an appointment? Thanks!

                                        It defaults to "Stakeholder" now for some reason. It would be nice if a field was displayed showing a list of the Contact Roles we use
