Instead of the "Snapshot Tab" being the default tab, make the "Details" tab the default.23 votes
We’re going to keep you on the tab you’re on, instead of forcing a switch back to the snapshot.
I am often driving in between meetings. it would be great to set an amount of time (10, 15, 30, 60 min) between meetings (on one or both ends) that would prevent someone to book a meeting back to back with one that is currently scheduled.11 votes
This is on the way!
You should be able to save emails to Salesforce as Emails instead of Tasks.4 votes
It would be great if I was able to sort within different columns to see who had the most opens OR who hasn't opened my emails at all.
Along those same lines, it would be great to have sortable views i.e. "email sent but not opened" or "email sent with no reply".
Would also like to see a scoring column for "activity score" with 1 point for opens, 3 for replies/clicks, so I can see who is the best to follow up with.4 votes
Cirrus is amazing but it takes about 10 seconds to load up whenever I click on the app in Outlook 365 - it's not a lot but it adds up, and it's annoying. Could you allow us to pin/unpin the panel like we can do in Gmail?
Thanks :)2 votes
This is IN THE WORKS! We’re working on a big enhancement to Office 365!

This is nearly done.
There should be a customizable time buffer to prevent a customer from setting immediate appointments and also add cushion between appointments to ensure a rep has plenty of notice to prepare for the appointment. Additionally, I have a number reps on the East Coast, but Cirrus is reading their time zone as Columbian Time. Can the Time Zone preference be editable for each Rep?1 vote
We’ve DELIVERED on the lead notice, so someone can’t book a meeting with you in 3 minutes. Meeting buffers are on the way.
Inbox can get jammed with emails that I have responded to, can we have a feature where it only returns ones with no response? I know this feature existed in the past, not sure what happened thanks!1 vote
