      We log our emails to a custom Projects object. Currently, when we do a search, we search by our identifiers and get 20+ results but unfortunately, it shows all pending, in progress and completed projects. More than needed and since we are limited to 10 results, its cumbersome. Would love the flexibility to define what fields our search results are driven by.

      • Fix UI to not conflict with Gmail Offline

        When the Ciurrus plugin is turned on, it covers a number of important button in Gmail Offline (specifically Gmail Offline app), like Refresh, Delete, Archive, etc. I use Gmail Offline all the time when traveling. But every time I do, I need to turn off Cirrus so I can do email. Those are often my biggest blocks of emailing (one the plane between CA and NY), so lots of emails aren't being tracked and reduces the value and usefulness from Cirrus.

        • Have Yes/No embedded in Email Step

          Allow an embedded "Yes/No" option within an Email step. Based on radial button response (Yes or No), a specific text for email is used. For example, in Review and Send, I would like an option that says, "Connected on LinkedIn?" Yes or No. After I check to see if we are connected, I select either Yes or No response and based on the response, CI serves up one email vs. another.

            Hi Robert. Thanks for your feedback. This is not likely on our near-term roadmap, but I want to see what others in the community say.

            I understand the differences you’re looking for, but with the current product, you can have a customer Flight Plan and a Prospect flight plan (or likely multiple of each).

          • Ability for Many People to Book Same Time for {Book Meeting in Flight Plans}

            I use Book a Meeting in a Flight Plan that is for an event - in this case, a webinar. In the case of webinars, you want many people to be able to book the same time slot.

              Thanks Robert. I understand what you’re looking for, but Book Meeting — as it is today — isn’t made for this. But I’ll think through it some more.

              But for this specific webinar use case, don’t you have a webinar sign-up page that has direct integration to your webinar solution?

            • Flight Plan Opportunity Reporting

              We currently use Salesforce reports to ensure opportunities have future activities planned. When we use Flight Plan there is no way to report on opportunities that have an activity to are in a flight plan.

                I'd like to know which flights people have been in in the past, what step they were on when the flight stopped etc.

                This will cut back on people being put into flights they have already made it through in the past.

                • An in flight indicator existed

                  Right now we have a yellow dot, blue dot to indicate that someone is a lead or contact in SFDC. We do not have anything in the inbox that indicates this person is currently in a flight. Something simple will suffice. I small plane next to their name. I set of wings...something simple. Just to get a good overview by looking at your inbox as to who's responding to a flight email vs a pardot email vs a hand written email. You get the idea.

                  • CI Calendar could schedule multiple meetings in the same slot

                    I work with a team that all uses the same calendar to schedule calls; when one person is busy, someone else steps in to make the call. I'd like it if CI Calendar could be set up to keep multiple slots open at any given time slot so that a slot doesn't automatically become "busy" once someone has scheduled a time.

                      We are planning on doing “Team” scheduling pages soon. This would let you tie one public scheduling page to multiple people’s personal calendars — and I think would be a better workflow for you. How does that sound?

                      I want to be able to select different follow-up flight plans other than the one that I've auto-assigned to an outcome.

                      Can we make it modular via a picklist so that when I choose an outcome, I can then choose which follow-up flight plan I think works best?

                          • Have CI Contact Widget show if Connected on LinkedIn or not.

                            I would like for the contact widget (slider) on the right side of Gmail Inbox browser tab show whether or not I am connected to the contact on LinkedIn (show what degree our connection is). This will help when personalizing Emails as well as Steps in Flight with Review & Send. Make sense?

                              Hi Robert. Unfortunately, due to LinkedIn API restrictions, this is not currently possible. HOWEVER, we are currently in discussions with LinkedIn to see what we can do to get an exception. I’m hopeful.

                            • Improve Templates feature

                              It would be great if the Templates feature were improved, namely:
                              - Allowing us to add + manage Templates on a separate page, rather than having to access Templates through the Compose Email window
                              - Additional "Merge Fields" that don't need to be pulled from SFDC but can be filled in upon composing an email (non-SFDC merge fields)

                                I would like to be able to sort contacts from a List by Name or Account. RIght now it appears that the default is Name and that is it. Most times I am adding users to a flight based on an account where I have added a new Account to Salesforce, then added contacts, then I want to go to CI in Gmail and "Start a Flight" and select users based on "Recently Viewed Contacts". When the list comes up, I want to be able to select the title or header field (such as Account) and have it sort by…

                                  In Calendly, I can add a field that asks the prospect to fill in a few questions, such as Name, Email and Phone. This then prepopulates in the calendar appointment they select and enables me to quickly add their email and have their number ready in case I need to call them.

                                  • Would like Call Timer in Flight Plan used for Call Step to Have Pause Option

                                    I love using the Call step in Flight plans. Particularly when I get voicemail, I like to be aware of how long or short my message is. The call timer helps with this.

                                    However, right now, the timer only has a stop option and starts immediately when you are ready to make the call. I want to have control over the timer so it does not start until either I connect with a person or connect with voicemail.

                                      If the Email Opt Out Flag is set to true, (it's a SF standard field):
                                      - Increase visibility to the flag on the contact record (so the user can see it right next to the email itself).
                                      - Then depending on the profile of the user, the system could enforce that field, or allow the user to override it. (Example: Sales rep sends out prospect emails, the system would automatically decline to send the email to those prospects - or if override is turned on, the someone like Client Services could use Cirrus to email as needed).

                                        Hi Susan. Your first point is something that we could consider doing, and I agree would make a good enhancement. The second point is very much tied to your business rules and configuration, and you’d need to set that up in your org in particular. I think all you’re talking about is allowing certain profiles to change that field.

                                        We also have some settings you can find in the Dashboard under Email Campaigns to control how that field is enforced.

                                      • Create a New Flight based on a Call Outcome (as a Step in Flight, Not End of Flight)

                                        I would like to add outcome options for Calls (as a step in a Flight Plan - not a Outcome at the END of a Flight). Right now, the only options available at the end of a call step are: Got Connected, Left Voicemail and No Answer. I want the Call step to repeat until "Got Connected" is selected.

                                        Details: What I want to be able to do is set a "mini" flight up (or re-target loop nested in a Flight) for when a Call outcome is either "Left Voicemail" or "No Answer" so that it keeps creating a follow…

                                        • Ability to have contact Proceed in Flight Plan after fixing email bounce

                                          RIght now, when I get an email bounce, the Email allows me to select an Outcome (Email Bounced is selected) and that is it. Proceed is grayed out. WHat I would like to be able to do is correct the bad email address, then have the contact resume or restart the flight at the step they bounced. Make sense?
