  1. Public Calendar Link that works in email templates

    I am building email templates for Flight Plans and I'm building them as Salesforce Email Templates. I was hoping to incorporate a "Public Calendar Link" into some of the email templates, but there's no way to do this. In other words, Public Calendar Links are only able to be inserted manually by users. It would be awesome if there was a "Merge Field" that allowed you to create templates that automatically incorporated the URL for the Public Calendar Link of the user sending the email template. Even better if this could somehow be created as a Salesforce email template.

      That’s a great idea. We’ve gotten around that ourselves, by adding a custom field on the User object where you can put each user’s scheduling page link. But I like your idea more!

      • There was an "unsubscribe" button for Campaign emails.

        When I send out emails to a group using the Campaigns feature in Cirrus Insight, it would be great if there was a way for the recipient to be able to unsubscribe or opt out and it be recorded in SF so they were eliminated from future outreach.

          • Be able to remove entire account from Flight Plan

            We add 10-20 contacts per account to a Prospecting Flight Plan. When we get to Negotiating stage, I would like an ability (easy button - lol) to easily remove ALL contacts associated with an account from a Flight Plan. So we are not sending prospecting messages to an account we are fully engaged with. Does that make sense?

            • Automatically add email attachments to Attach

              It would save time and drive adoption if the Attach/Cirrus extension could recognize if I've added an attachment to an email. Then in Attach Settings I could have the option to "Automatically add attachments I send by email to Attach" or it could prompt me "Do you want to also add this document to Attach" and the doc would be generated with some default settings that I can also set (require email address, etc). You might have to force/offer to add the attachment as an inline link in order to track with Attach

              • Fix UI to not conflict with Gmail Offline

                When the Ciurrus plugin is turned on, it covers a number of important button in Gmail Offline (specifically Gmail Offline app), like Refresh, Delete, Archive, etc. I use Gmail Offline all the time when traveling. But every time I do, I need to turn off Cirrus so I can do email. Those are often my biggest blocks of emailing (one the plane between CA and NY), so lots of emails aren't being tracked and reduces the value and usefulness from Cirrus.

                  We log our emails to a custom Projects object. Currently, when we do a search, we search by our identifiers and get 20+ results but unfortunately, it shows all pending, in progress and completed projects. More than needed and since we are limited to 10 results, its cumbersome. Would love the flexibility to define what fields our search results are driven by.

                  • Change color on schedule availibility

                    Change the color of busy times on personal schedule page. It's either light gray(busy) or off-white(available). Can you make busy times like bright red? Clients are having a hard time differentiating between the two and are getting confused.

                    • Have Yes/No embedded in Email Step

                      Allow an embedded "Yes/No" option within an Email step. Based on radial button response (Yes or No), a specific text for email is used. For example, in Review and Send, I would like an option that says, "Connected on LinkedIn?" Yes or No. After I check to see if we are connected, I select either Yes or No response and based on the response, CI serves up one email vs. another.

                        Hi Robert. Thanks for your feedback. This is not likely on our near-term roadmap, but I want to see what others in the community say.

                        I understand the differences you’re looking for, but with the current product, you can have a customer Flight Plan and a Prospect flight plan (or likely multiple of each).

                        I use Book a Meeting in a Flight Plan that is for an event - in this case, a webinar. In the case of webinars, you want many people to be able to book the same time slot.

                          Thanks Robert. I understand what you’re looking for, but Book Meeting — as it is today — isn’t made for this. But I’ll think through it some more.

                          But for this specific webinar use case, don’t you have a webinar sign-up page that has direct integration to your webinar solution?

                        • Flight Plan Opportunity Reporting

                          We currently use Salesforce reports to ensure opportunities have future activities planned. When we use Flight Plan there is no way to report on opportunities that have an activity to are in a flight plan.

                            • An in flight indicator existed

                              Right now we have a yellow dot, blue dot to indicate that someone is a lead or contact in SFDC. We do not have anything in the inbox that indicates this person is currently in a flight. Something simple will suffice. I small plane next to their name. I set of wings...something simple. Just to get a good overview by looking at your inbox as to who's responding to a flight email vs a pardot email vs a hand written email. You get the idea.

                                I'd like to know which flights people have been in in the past, what step they were on when the flight stopped etc.

                                This will cut back on people being put into flights they have already made it through in the past.

                                • CI Calendar could schedule multiple meetings in the same slot

                                  I work with a team that all uses the same calendar to schedule calls; when one person is busy, someone else steps in to make the call. I'd like it if CI Calendar could be set up to keep multiple slots open at any given time slot so that a slot doesn't automatically become "busy" once someone has scheduled a time.

                                    We are planning on doing “Team” scheduling pages soon. This would let you tie one public scheduling page to multiple people’s personal calendars — and I think would be a better workflow for you. How does that sound?

                                  • Picklist the Follow-up Flight Plan after Outcome selection

                                    I want to be able to select different follow-up flight plans other than the one that I've auto-assigned to an outcome.

                                    Can we make it modular via a picklist so that when I choose an outcome, I can then choose which follow-up flight plan I think works best?

                                      If the Email Opt Out Flag is set to true, (it's a SF standard field):
                                      - Increase visibility to the flag on the contact record (so the user can see it right next to the email itself).
                                      - Then depending on the profile of the user, the system could enforce that field, or allow the user to override it. (Example: Sales rep sends out prospect emails, the system would automatically decline to send the email to those prospects - or if override is turned on, the someone like Client Services could use Cirrus to email as needed).

                                        Hi Susan. Your first point is something that we could consider doing, and I agree would make a good enhancement. The second point is very much tied to your business rules and configuration, and you’d need to set that up in your org in particular. I think all you’re talking about is allowing certain profiles to change that field.

                                        We also have some settings you can find in the Dashboard under Email Campaigns to control how that field is enforced.
