Flight Plans currently limits users to only view 50 items at a time. Adding a more option or auto-update on scroll would be helpful.4 votes
The cirrus insight bar works in mail, but is in the way in google tasks. It may have to do with the link: https://mail.google.com/tasks/canvas1 vote
We should have this fixed in the next week.
Cirrus is amazing but it takes about 10 seconds to load up whenever I click on the app in Outlook 365 - it's not a lot but it adds up, and it's annoying. Could you allow us to pin/unpin the panel like we can do in Gmail?
Thanks :)2 votes
This is IN THE WORKS! We’re working on a big enhancement to Office 365!
First Name and Last Name are showing truncated when I select recipients from one of my reports in Salesforce. I need the ability to resize the column so I can view the names. All I can see is the first one or two characters of the first name and one or two characters of the last name.2 votes
Yeah, the current screen becomes unreadable if you have a lot of columns in the report.
We’re fixing this and should have it out in either the next or the next, next release.
In the meantime, you’ll need to shave off the non-critical columns.
I'd like the ability to set a default length of time when somebody visits my Public Calendar Link. Right now it only defaults to 30 mins but I'd like for my visitors to default to 1 hour instead of 30 mins.15 votes
Can I have multiple public calendars? Example, next week I am in Denver and then the week after I am in Houston. Can I set up the calendar for specific dates and share with one people in the cities I am traveling to and ask for an appointment? Thanks!15 votes
This is a great idea. We’ve discussed something like this. I’ll circulate with the team and reach out when we have news.
It would be great if I was able to sort within different columns to see who had the most opens OR who hasn't opened my emails at all.
Along those same lines, it would be great to have sortable views i.e. "email sent but not opened" or "email sent with no reply".
Would also like to see a scoring column for "activity score" with 1 point for opens, 3 for replies/clicks, so I can see who is the best to follow up with.4 votes

I am often driving in between meetings. it would be great to set an amount of time (10, 15, 30, 60 min) between meetings (on one or both ends) that would prevent someone to book a meeting back to back with one that is currently scheduled.11 votes
For Leads, there should be a button to email someone, you have it for "contacts" but not for "leads"

That slipped through QA. We’ll add it back.
Follow Up Notifications - for the ability for it to clear the task it creates in SalesForce if it references that the email has been replied to again.5 votes
The ability to set a minimum notice required so people cant access my calendar and book a meeting within 1 minute. If I could ensure meetings had to be booked a set time out that would be fantastic.2 votes
We have this on the roadmap. You’ll be able to set some kind of relative start date for scheduling like +3 days so you have time to prep.
It would be great if I could set specific time aside for different types of meetings and only share the link to the people who need access to those meeting types.1 vote
This is ALSO on the roadmap and is a major objective for Book Meeting! Thanks for the feedback — keep it coming!
The <br> tag is generated from a Salesforce function named "BR()" to insert break lines so that billing address will have format:
Billing Postal Code
But on Outlook just displays <br> tags and not insert line break which works fine on Salesforce.
Please can you add this function to Cirrus Insight1 vote
There should be a customizable time buffer to prevent a customer from setting immediate appointments and also add cushion between appointments to ensure a rep has plenty of notice to prepare for the appointment. Additionally, I have a number reps on the East Coast, but Cirrus is reading their time zone as Columbian Time. Can the Time Zone preference be editable for each Rep?1 vote
It would be great if we could select a defined interval that needs to exist between the moment the guest selects a time slot and the beginning of the meeting.
Ex: I sent an invitation for a distance call to a client, he picked a time slot 10mn before the selected time. My calendar was free but I almost missed the event because I had not seen it.6 votes
It would be awesome if I could set a default for each portion that needs to be filled out for a new meeting request.
I should be able to make my default subject line/title "LinkedIn Strategy Session" and my Where: "my conference line and password."
This way, each time I forget to enter that info, the client doesn't get the incorrect title/information (since it stays the same from the last meeting I sent out.2 votes
It would be great if Cirrus Insight supported (formula) fields that contain images (such as red, green, yellow color indicators) to replicate what is seen in Salesforce.
Currently, the app shows markup text such as
<img src="/img/samples/rating5.gif" alt="5" border="0"/> instead of the image.3 votes
It would be great if you made URLs clickable when they are in custom fields from Salesforce. Would save me some extra copying and pasting. Thanks!1 vote
You do not always need a task in salesforce, it is making the Task list unusable on days when I have lots of reminders emails.2 votes
- Don't see your idea?
