Cirrus crashes when select ‘Email tracking’ from menu on iOS app

I am experiencing the same issue with Cirrus for Outlook on my desktop. Every time we save an email to Salesforce it freezes up Outlook and forces a shutdown/restart. 2 Weeks of requests from their support team to download and reinstall the app, followed by 2 weeks of notices that the issue has "been escalated" - but no updates on progress, no information on an expected fix date. Nothing.
I'd have to say this is the worst support I've experienced in years. Not what I expected from this company. VERY disappointing.

Yes! I’m having the same trouble! I tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it didn’t work.
