  1. Get rid of the "Search button" since the search is meant to be automatic; making the button redundant

    Also, ensure that right-clicking to Paste triggers a search. Currently it doesn't and the only way around it is to press Enter after clicking Paste. (CC0AIR0249)

    • Take away the cost of licenses to non admin users

      They don't have to know how much money the company pays for the total number of licenses purchased

      • Reset Primary ID from the Account Dashboard

        Currently, if you change your email address or if you've inherited an existing Salesforce user license from a previous user, the CI Support Team has to reset the Primary ID (email address) that CI's sync processes refer to. It would be great if CI Admins could perform the reset for their users from the Account Dashboard.

        • Overview of all my support cases with Cirrus per user and a company wide list on Admin Dashboard

          As the Cirrus Admin I want to know which support cases my users submit to Cirrus and what the status is. Also for myself I want to be able to track where we are on the resolution of support cases, especially when the cases are escalated and it might take multiple weeks for a solution or an answer to come through. Otherwise it is very easy to loose track.

          • More sorting available in "tracking" and list views

            It would be great if I was able to sort within different columns to see who had the most opens OR who hasn't opened my emails at all.

            Along those same lines, it would be great to have sortable views i.e. "email sent but not opened" or "email sent with no reply".

            Would also like to see a scoring column for "activity score" with 1 point for opens, 3 for replies/clicks, so I can see who is the best to follow up with.

              • You could get alerts for opportunities with close date within the next 7 days

                It would be useful to receive an automatic alert informing you that the opportunity xxx has a close date within the next 7 days (for example).
                In additional to the usual follow up done by the sales reps, it would be a reminder that an action has to be done with the customer (action or push out).
                If it is possible, then in the task we could imagine a filter like "Opps with Close date in next 7 days", the same as you have an option to check the pending tasks or events in the next 7 days.
