  1. Automatically detect and fill out the email address in the To: field

    After searching for lead in the email template flow without adding the email address in compose yet, it should automatically detect and fill out the email address in the To: field since it's known which lead it is.

    • New Contacts added to existing accounts, add account site

      It would be great when if you go to add a lead to an existing account with multiple sites (i.e. multiple offices across the US) if the account site showed up next to the account. Otherwise, it is a guessing game.

      • Customize the snapshot to rearrange and hide certain areas.

        Add the ability to customize the SnapShot. I don't want to see Opportunities or Cases, but I do want to be able to see other Salesforce objects.

        • Cirrus would suggest an acvount based an e-mail's domain

          Whenever I seem to have an e-mail from someone new, the right-side bar shows the possibility to add a LEAD or a CONTACT. So far so good. But it would be nice if immediately, maybe based on the last part of the e-mail, it would recognize that there are other contacts from the same domain already in the database and suggest these accounts to add the contact to. Right now I believe the risks exists that someone creates a lead for someone who could be added to an account as it already exists. The lookup does require extra manual action…

            • When creating an event from inside of CI that I could relate the event to more than one contact

              I create events regularly and I find myself not being able to from CI because I can only relate it to one Lead or Contact. It would be great if from CI I could create an event and relate it to multiple attendees.

                  Allow for "All Open" as an option for Tasks to be viewed. (This is a barrier to adoption for several of my staff).

                  LOVE the feedback choices for x feature over y feature.

                  • 1 Click Contact Capture would work with existing contacts in Salesforce as well as new ones

                    1 Click Contact Capture is a great new feature! Thanks guys.

                    At the moment it only works with new Contacts that don't already exist in Salesforce but it would great to use with existing Contacts in SF that we haven't had time to capture all their e-signature contact details.

                    • Cirrus Insight sorted my emails

                      Email batching seems to be the new thing - try to get out of our inboxes and get things done. That said, I don't want to miss an email from a customer while I'm not paying attention to my email. I could imagine something like the new tabs in Gmail or the "important" etc sections that Cirrus Insight could fill based on rules the user set up - e.g. All emails from contacts marked as customers and leads in SFDC and (arguably) my boss are pushed immediately. Others are stored in a separate place for later.

                      • Create a new task when logging an email, in the same screen.

                        Just a date field needed for the new task. That way you can set a follow up on an email quickly.

                        • The "Related Person" field was changed back to an unrequired field when uploading emails

                          For some reason, the latest Cirrus update has made "Related Person" a required field for uploading emails from Gmail into Salesforce. Why?

                          • Why are you auto-posting to Chatter when I add the plugin?

                            I know you're trying to drive exposure, but this is EXACTLY the sort of thing that drives people crazy. People instinctively balk when they think they're being used as a marketing vehicle. At least give us the option to opt-in.

                            • You could view tasks that are out more than 7 days. Should be able to view all tasks.

                              We should be able to view all tasks in gmail. Seems like an easy thing to add and a lot of value.

                                It defaults to "Stakeholder" now for some reason. It would be nice if a field was displayed showing a list of the Contact Roles we use

                                • When editing an Opportunity Stage, auto-update the Probability like the Salesforce UI does

                                  Standard Salesforce will auto-set the Probability value when a Stage is selected. The Probability can be changed manually, but always gets reset when a Stage is selected.

                                  CirrusInsight should follow this same logic.

                                    Do you think functionality could ever be built in reporting with Cirrus to do a report of sent mail or contacts that I have sent mail to that are not in SF? I know Cirrus gives the opportunity to do this as I send an email, but if I forget, it would be nice to be able to have a report to go back and do so ;)

                                      • Convert and Lead to a Contact and create the Opportunity from Cirrus Insight

                                        Converting Leads to Contacts thus creating Opportunities. We convert 20 or so people a day and it would be so much smoother to be able to do it from the tab.

                                        • It would be great if you could add multiple emails in one click from your inbox to a case

                                          Within gmail it would great to be able to select multiple emails and attach to one case - ideally with it picking up the address of the person it's from - rather than having to go into each email to add to saleforce.
