      Allow for "All Open" as an option for Tasks to be viewed. (This is a barrier to adoption for several of my staff).

      LOVE the feedback choices for x feature over y feature.

      • 1 Click Contact Capture would work with existing contacts in Salesforce as well as new ones

        1 Click Contact Capture is a great new feature! Thanks guys.

        At the moment it only works with new Contacts that don't already exist in Salesforce but it would great to use with existing Contacts in SF that we haven't had time to capture all their e-signature contact details.

        • Cirrus Insight sorted my emails

          Email batching seems to be the new thing - try to get out of our inboxes and get things done. That said, I don't want to miss an email from a customer while I'm not paying attention to my email. I could imagine something like the new tabs in Gmail or the "important" etc sections that Cirrus Insight could fill based on rules the user set up - e.g. All emails from contacts marked as customers and leads in SFDC and (arguably) my boss are pushed immediately. Others are stored in a separate place for later.

          • Create a new task when logging an email, in the same screen.

            Just a date field needed for the new task. That way you can set a follow up on an email quickly.

            • The "Related Person" field was changed back to an unrequired field when uploading emails

              For some reason, the latest Cirrus update has made "Related Person" a required field for uploading emails from Gmail into Salesforce. Why?

              • Why are you auto-posting to Chatter when I add the plugin?

                I know you're trying to drive exposure, but this is EXACTLY the sort of thing that drives people crazy. People instinctively balk when they think they're being used as a marketing vehicle. At least give us the option to opt-in.

                • You could view tasks that are out more than 7 days. Should be able to view all tasks.

                  We should be able to view all tasks in gmail. Seems like an easy thing to add and a lot of value.

                    It defaults to "Stakeholder" now for some reason. It would be nice if a field was displayed showing a list of the Contact Roles we use

                    • When editing an Opportunity Stage, auto-update the Probability like the Salesforce UI does

                      Standard Salesforce will auto-set the Probability value when a Stage is selected. The Probability can be changed manually, but always gets reset when a Stage is selected.

                      CirrusInsight should follow this same logic.

                        Do you think functionality could ever be built in reporting with Cirrus to do a report of sent mail or contacts that I have sent mail to that are not in SF? I know Cirrus gives the opportunity to do this as I send an email, but if I forget, it would be nice to be able to have a report to go back and do so ;)

                        • Convert and Lead to a Contact and create the Opportunity from Cirrus Insight

                          Converting Leads to Contacts thus creating Opportunities. We convert 20 or so people a day and it would be so much smoother to be able to do it from the tab.

                          • It would be great if you could add multiple emails in one click from your inbox to a case

                            Within gmail it would great to be able to select multiple emails and attach to one case - ideally with it picking up the address of the person it's from - rather than having to go into each email to add to saleforce.

                            • Find Contacts/Leads using email domain

                              Searching for all contacts/leads from a specific domain would be nice.

                              For example, (this happened to me today) someone emails a generic sales@ address at my company and I want to see if other leads/contacts from that company already exist.

                              Searching just the domain name in CI found nothing. Searching in Salesforce finds leads/contacts.

                              When I search CI and find nothing, I usually search Salesforce directly next and oftentimes find stuff.

                              Perhaps the idea should be titled "Align CI search criteria with the Salesforce global search", but I'll be happy with domain search capabilities

                              • Connector to Google Spreadsheet

                                Another great addition to the roadmap would be functionality to pull data
                                into Google spreadsheets, manipulate it, and send it back to SFDC. There are several options for Excel (not Mac). A Google alternative making it 100% cloud would be awesome. Is that on your list?

                                    But, Google doesn’t give us a way to get to those attachments (like we can with Gmail) so it’s unlikely to be something we can do until that’s provided.

                                    It would be great if the App could be extended to log messages from Facebook.
                                    It is very frequent to contact people via Facebook in the absence of a valid email address. To be able to log messages from Facebook to SF via CirrrusInsight would be a real plus!

                                    • Show more Cases to select from to relate the email to.

                                      Right now Cirrus suggests a few cases related to your contact that you can select to relate your email to or else you have to search for the case you want. It would be nice if the list showed at least all of the open case related to that contact so we would not have to look up the case number in salesforce first to search for the case we want to attach the email to.

                                          A tool that also integrated Salesforce Knowledge i.e. attach a Knowledge article from gmail and see from Salesforce AND gmail what Knowledge had been sent to that client already and keep track of the popularity of Knowledge too.
