  1. When creating a new personal scheduling page, I could set that calendar link to appear as a specific time zone all the time.

    I'd like to ability to select a fixed time zone when creating a new personal scheduling page. Dreamforce comes to mind.

    • Today's Date was Highlighted when selecting a task due date

      When scheduling a task through cirrus with gmail, there is no autoselected date. When I click on the calendar, I would like it to highlight today's date, then allow me to pick the date from there. It used to do this - then it changed to highlight the next days date, and now nothing is highlighted. I frequently want to schedule tasks 1 or 2 weeks out, and not having the date highlighted makes assigning the date less automatic.

      • Set a default meeting length

        Since the personal scheduling page isn't available to all users who use the Book Meeting functionality, it would be helpful to have a setting to set the default meeting length within Book Meeting itself.

        Right now it appears to only default to 30-minute meetings.

          • Integrate into the New Gmail UI Apps Sidebar, Instead of Own Side Panel

            CI isn’t following the convention of all the other Gmail sidebar apps in the New Gmail UI (2018). CI uses its own interface for a side panel... not the sidebar panel with all the other app buttons and interfaces.

            You can prove/test this because CI and another regular sidebar app can both be open at the same time. No two regular sidebar apps can be open at the same time because opening a new one closes the second, as they occupy the same space in the UI.

            Additionally, this causes rendering issues with all other sidebar apps who are following…

            • one click add attachments from email to sfdc

              Rather than needing to go to the ATS and then to "Custom" , there should be a button in the where I have highlighted, that would allow the user to add the attachments with one click. Alternatively, a checkbox in the quickadd for ATS would be preferable to what there is today.

              • Book Meeting allowed you to overlay multiple calendars while selecting times

                I need to look at multiple calendars when scheduling: my Google calendar, my husband's, and my work calendar (Outlook). I can see all three in Google, but need a scheduling solutions that is able to "see" all three when scheduling.

                    Whilst chatter feed functionality has been around for a long time, as per Ryan's comment here: http://ideas.cirrusinsight.com/forums/121921-general/suggestions/7204809-save-gmail-attachments-to-sf-files

                    This is not in line with the current salesforce roadmap. This action saves the files to attachments, a feature that is being sunsetted by salesforce, and will not be migrated into lighting.

                    It is necessary for admins to be able to determine which related list we push emailed attachments to, so that we can enable users effectively.

                    • The Office 365 (web, not desktop) version should not have a broken (send and)ATS button when composing an email

                      RE: OUTLOOK ON THE WEB (browser, not desktop)...

                      Office 365 (OotW, aka OWA, client) has a button to "Add to Salesforce" during composition (not in v1.0.0.0, which is why we're still stuck using that old version), which doesn't work. It queues the email until another email is ATS'ed, thus queueing that 2nd until a 3rd is added, and so on. Plus, the prior pushed email gets timestamped for the queueing of the next instead of its original timestamp of when it was queued, resulting in unreliable timestamp data.                       • The Task Assignment Email should be sent when creating delegated tasks through the Cirrus Insight Panel for Outlook

                        When you create a task in Salesforce and change the Assigned To to another user, that user then receives a Task Assignment Email to notify them that a task has been delegated to them.

                        Currently, if you create a task using the Cirrus Insight for Outlook Side Panel and change the Assigned To to another user, that user does not receive a Task Assignment Email.

                        Seeing as Cirrus Insight creates this task in Salesforce, it is very weird to me that this standard functionality is not triggered when the task is created through Cirrus Insight.

                              It turns out that if you use notifications to open up messages and try to reply, CI covers the email body window so that when you type, your text gets covered by the CI window. It's impossible to use pop ups and CI together in GMAIL.

                              Support confirmed that POP UPS are not supported in CI which is unfortunate as we deal in email and rely on notifications to alert of important messages. We can no longer click the notifications to reply, instead have to go back to the main gmail window and reply normally.

                                    I am building email templates for Flight Plans and I'm building them as Salesforce Email Templates. I was hoping to incorporate a "Public Calendar Link" into some of the email templates, but there's no way to do this. In other words, Public Calendar Links are only able to be inserted manually by users. It would be awesome if there was a "Merge Field" that allowed you to create templates that automatically incorporated the URL for the Public Calendar Link of the user sending the email template. Even better if this could somehow be created as a Salesforce email template.

                                      That’s a great idea. We’ve gotten around that ourselves, by adding a custom field on the User object where you can put each user’s scheduling page link. But I like your idea more!

                                    • Better error message for validation errors for Add to Salesforce function

                                      I have a validation rule that if a picklist has a certain value one of two fields needs to be selected. CI only returns a generic message "Email Failed to Log to Salesforce - UNKNOWN Error". I believe when I chatted with CI support they received the normal validation error message in their logs (something like "For appointments you must enter the product or strategy"). Please show the validation;s specific message.

                                        • Create a Template on the Fly from an Email

                                          Is there an easy way to make an email I have written on the fly into a Template without re-writing it?

                                          For example, if I wrote a great email, before I press send, I would like a "Make Email a Template" button where it would literally create a complete copy of the email and allow me to insert the merge fields where appropriate and save as a Template in a couple of clicks. Make sense? Salesforce Inbox (formerly IQ) has the capability. Very handy as many great template (reuseable) ideas come from one message.
