  1. Easily Export Flight Plans to a document like MS Word or MS Excel

    It would be great if we could export Flight Plans that have been created to either MS Word or MS Excel format for: (1) Backup purposes (2) Easy to review in an "offline" mode.

    • The calendar was easier to use

      I used to be able to scroll in the calendar for scheduling my follow-up and now I have to click. The extra step does not seem warranted.

        • Set Task Type in Cirrus Layout for Salesforce

          When you are saving an email as a task the Salesforce Type field is missing from the Cirrus layout. For some task record types I'd like to be able to set a default for the Type field as an admin, but for other record types I want to allow the user to input thisType field prior to saving the task to Salesforce.

          So, would be great if:
          1. User could set task Type field if that field is added to the Cirrus Add to Salesforce page layout.
          2. Admin could set task Type default for different task record types if…

            • when custom attaching emails to Salesforce Opportunities, you could search for the Opp by Opp Number (versus Opp Name only)

              We attach emails to Salesforce a lot, usually of the custom variety, to opportunities.

              For opportunities, this process would be easier if a user could search for the opportunity by opportunity number also. As it stands, they must search by opportunity name.

              Because we have many similar opportunities, the names are similar and this takes more effort. Sometimes to the point of going into Salesforce to locate the particular Opp name because they need to see the details surrounding it, and then coming back to the Cirrus side panel to complete the attachment (which defeats the purpose).

                An option where the gate (name, phone, company, etc.) does not appear to view the document. Instead ,the gate is present when a recipient attempts to download the document.

                  • Supply add to Salesforce functionality for Outlook appointments without Exchange web service involvement

                    Have an option such as Salesforce for Outlook to have Outlook vs. Exchange controlled calendar synching. My corproation does not allow Exchange web services so we need to investigate other products that can do this.

                      • Make contact drop down and related to(contact) field more intelligent

                        Currently if the sender is not a Salesforce contact the related to (contact) field in ATS comes up blank and if you save the ATS panel, there are no related to contacts or accounts. If you ATS from your sent mail, this also seems to happen even if the system would not add you as a contact since you are the signed in user.
                        Can this be fixed to try to show the contact on the ATS contact line that is really a contact (and not the signed in user) and not one that shows as blank (no blue dot)?

                        • Clear Warning that RTF format is not supported

                          Currently if a user selects a RTF formatted email, the system often keeps the information for a previous email. potentially adding the incorrect information to Salesforce with the ATS function. If you refuse to correctly handle RTF formatted emails (some such as for sent appointments is the only option Microsoft supports), please at least give a warning and clear all fields when a user moves to a RTF email.

                          • Autopopulate Contact/Lead Data from LinkedIn

                            You are already pulled in LinkedIn data to the gmail cirrus extension (see screenshot 1). When I click "add contact" it puts first name, last name, email address in for me, but it leaves off company and title, which means I'm going back and forth to get the info and paste it in. (see screenshot 2)

                            Finish the job! ;-) Would love it if you could just pop that company and title into the autopopulate feature so that I don't have to go back and forth.

                              • There was an "unsubscribe" button for Campaign emails.

                                When I send out emails to a group using the Campaigns feature in Cirrus Insight, it would be great if there was a way for the recipient to be able to unsubscribe or opt out and it be recorded in SF so they were eliminated from future outreach.

                                  in the mac version, you can click on Cirrus and it allows "quick add" based on people in the email. in Windows it does not (for outlook)

                                    Users should be able to choose which Contacts a record syncs to via the "Custom" Add to Salesforce feature when sending to multiple recipients. Currently, they can only accept that the email will sync to multiple records (which impacts reporting on daily activities) or choose not to sync entirely.

                                      We may have 50,000 employees that have emails defaulting to RTF format (including people in the UK that previously used your product which is interesting). When a user gets these emails, how are they to enter them in Salesforce if your system supplies the information for a previous email in the ATS panel? What is the workaround and is this limitation/workaround in your product documented on your website and user documentation? Are you going to fix this problem?

                                        The "killer features" for Enterprise Calendar Sharing are:
                                        1. Ability to synchronize with Google Calendar, so my up-to-the-second free/busy information can be displayed via the Calendar, and
                                        2. Ability to include multiple co-workers so I can send a link to my customer that says, "Here is a calendar showing when Kevin, Stacy, and I can meet you"

                                        Today, these things are possible via Google Calendar but are entirely impossible through a GUI. You have to hack a URL by hand with some basic parameter tampering (very hard for sales people, time consuming, error prone, and you need a separate link…

                                          When we save a template, currently we can't go back and change the name or description of the given template. Causes a bit of a headache when trying to organize my outreach. Seems like an easy ask, to make everything edit-able?
