      We’ll support this with our native Cirrus Insight email templates, an upcoming feature. We will /not/ be able to support this with Salesforce templates.

      I'm overdue on an update here.

      Doing this for one-off emails **in Gmail** is difficult enough that I can say with some confidence that we will not do it. However, doing this with our Email Campaigns functionality would be less problematic. Outlook is another story, and we may look into that for both one-off emails and (upcoming) Email Campaigns functionality.

      We'll add this to our upcoming Email Campaigns functionality, but it's not likely going to happen with the one-to-one emails due to how Gmail handles attachments and what that user experience would be like.

      Hi folks. Does anyone use services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box for storing documents? Many of our customers are simply adding links to the cloud document rather than the document itself. Aside from the benefit of being able to embed that in a template, the email is much smaller in size and it's a much better mobile experience as well. We /are/ planning on allowing you to directly add links to Dropbox and Box files from Gmail, so that is likely our long-term suggestion.

        We have a revamp to the snapshot coming soon. It'll include (among other things) an Account snapshot, etc.

          We measure critical mass based on conversations like this and votes on this idea. Inbox is definitely gaining momentum, but we don't hear it as a critical need for /many/ people yet.

              Hi. The customizations you make in Gmail/Office 365 to the fields list for creating and editing records will also show in mobile. Are you using Gmail or Office 365?

                Hi Dominick. We don't have any plans to change the colors/etc of Cirrus Insight, but I would like to draw your attention to the Intros tab at the top of the tabs in the sidebar. Those intros will walk users through the best features of CI.

                  We're working on supporting the standard oAuth flow which will enable standard 2-factor authentication. In the meantime, you CAN use CI Mobile with accounts that use 2FA by creating an "application specific password" from your Google Account settings.

                            Hi Christian. Thanks for your feedback.

                            So if we sync your primary Google calendar and Salesforce calendar (bidirectional), the main way I would see syncing a secondary Google calendar to salesforce would be one-direction. Otherwise you'd quickly have your calendars completely merged -- which seems to defeat the purpose of having that secondary calendar.

                              Hi Russel. The cases should be displayed in the same order as they're displayed on the Cases related list on the Contact page layout in salesforce. If you tweak that order, you'll see the cases come back as desired.

                              After you make the change, you may need to log out of Cirrus Insight and back in for the changes to take effect.

                                    Ian, what is the "a0B2000000OWkJR" ID you're referring to?

                                    I'm familiar with the case thread ID: ref:00D21SmI.5002LL88u:ref but the other one is new to me.
